Some years ago Paul Rogers and Earl McLung paid a visit to the Peace Woods near Bastogne. Paul proudly walked towards his 'tree' to show Earl how big it was.
All the other trees in the neighborhood had a normal size but not Paul's tree. It was a miserable twig so you can imagine Earl's hilarity. Earl had to hold another full grown tree to prevent falling down from laughing. During every next reunion that story was told to everyone who wanted to listen to it. Paul received good advises, a watering-can and fertilizers.

It did not work out. The tree did not grow and it stayed a miserable twig and died.

Earl McLung and Shifty Powers kept on fooling around with Paul. They had organized a real celebration with a wreath laying to, like Earl said: "To burry that rascal."
